They\u2019ve also asked for information about what, if any, patient consent mechanism will be put in place as part of the \u201cFast Data Flows\u201d pilot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The advocacy groups also want to know how the pilot impacts the planned procurement process for a \u00a3360 million ($432 million) NHS data contract that <a title=\"Palantir Had Plan to Crack UK Health System: \u2018Buying Our Way In\u2019\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-09-30\/palantir-had-plan-to-crack-uk-health-system-buying-our-way-in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">many believe Palantir is likely to win.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur clients are hampered by a lack of clear information regarding the pilot, its origin, purpose and &#8212; importantly &#8212; its safeguards,\u201d Foxglove lawyer Rosa Curling said in a letter sent to NHS bosses on Monday.
