If you need oxygen, monitoring, surgery, have a suspected heart attack or are too ill to cope at home, your GP cannot help. A&amp;E is very busy because lots of patients are very sick, there are huge staff vacancies and there is a lack of hospital and social care beds.\n\n\u2018There are so many misunderstandings underpinning Wes Streeting\u2019s plans, I wonder how much time he has spent in primary care.
