They bring skills, dedication, and compassion to healthcare across the UK, strengthening our health system and caring for millions of patients every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our advocacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We support the <strong>Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) Bill<\/strong> and campaign for better working conditions, recognition, and support for overseas healthcare workers.
